Using Sitepunch

Sitepunch provides time-tracking software for field service businesses. By creating a workspace, you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and to keep your login credentials confidential.

Accounts & workspaces

The person who signs up for a workspace is its administrator and is responsible for the accuracy of employee records they create and for managing who has access to the workspace.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe, depending on the interval you choose. Free trials convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings.

Data ownership

You own the data you enter into your workspace. We act only as a processor of that data on your behalf.

Disclaimer

Sitepunch flags overtime thresholds and tracks logged hours for your awareness, but does not calculate payroll or provide legal/tax advice. You’re responsible for complying with applicable wage and labor laws.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
