What happens before a sync?
An administrator maps employees, jobs or customers, and a default service item, then previews ready and blocked entries before submitting them.
Does Sitepunch support QuickBooks Desktop?
QuickBooks Desktop uses Sitepunch’s IIF file export rather than the QuickBooks Online API connection.
Which plans include direct sync?
QuickBooks Online direct sync is a paid add-on ($5/mo or $50/yr) available to any Sitepunch workspace on the base plan. It is not included automatically — an administrator enables and configures it for the workspace.
